Procedures
You can mail us your media, drop it off at our main location or at any of our partners locations.
Once we receive your media:
- Our Data Recovery Specialist will evaluate the media for recovery potential;
- The media is accessed through specialized temporary repair processes;
- The list of the recoverable information is e-mailed to the client;
- Upon verification of the data that is to be recovered, an e-mail of the final price is sent to the client for approval;
- After the approval is received, the data is recovered and transferred onto the client's choice of media (CDROMs, external hard drives etc. ).
